I would’ve thought you’d see more being further south. Our weather has been very mild so far, which I presume is why so many wildflowers are still in bloom. π

I miss chicory. It used to grow near my house in Dorset but I’ve not noticed any so far where I now live in West Yorkshire.

It’s beautiful, isn’t it? I rarely see it, except near the artificial wildflower plantings that have become the rage. This one was a surprise, as it wasn’t near one, though may still be a bird deposit or windblown seed. π
